Capture cages
The use of capture cages makes it possible to control or capture animals without causing them harm, in a safe manner for people and animals, and also allows for species or congeneric selection. The cages are designed to trap animals safely, allowing their later release or handling. The use of cages allows the capture and relocation of wildlife and the control of pests or invasive species. It also allows the rescue of injured or endangered animals or the handling of feral cats and dogs for subsequent sterilization and release. Before acquiring a capture cage we must make sure we comply with local regulations and know what we are going to do after the capture: an appropriate place to release it or hand it over to the competent authorities, if necessary.Capture loops
Capture snares are devices used to trap animals, usually around the neck or on a limb, in order to temporarily immobilize the animal. Thanks to snares we can quickly trap an animal that is in an emergency or dangerous situation, such as an injured animal or an animal trapped in a dangerous area or large, dangerous or frightened animals, such as wild dogs, cats or foxes. Snares allow for remote capture, reducing the risk to the captor, and are sometimes used in veterinary procedures to immobilize an animal in a controlled manner, facilitating handling during an examination or treatment.Catch hooks
Reptile capture hooks are specialized tools used to handle and capture reptiles, especially snakes. The hooks allow safe capture by the catcher. There are different types of hooks: the classic hook, the hook with claws or the hook with a telescopic pole.Anti-bite gloves
They are designed to protect the handler's hands and forearms from aggressive or nervous animals, providing a layer of defense that minimizes injury. These gloves are common in the handling of domestic animals, wildlife and reptiles, and are used by veterinarians, shelter workers, and wildlife control specialists. The gloves provide physical and psychological safety, and protect against possible diseases. It should be taken into account that they do not provide 100% protection and that tactile sensitivity is lost, making handling difficult.
